Giving Thanks, New Client Special

mind body connectAfter Halloween comes the immediate flood of Christmas commercials, ads, and stress.

What these ads seem to skip over is the great and sometimes passed over holiday of Thanksgiving. The holiday is named, quite literally, after the tradition of giving-thanks. In yoga got stresswe that is as much of a practice as movement and poses.

An appreciation practice can be as simple as writing down 3 things you are grateful for at the end of every day. Taking the time to put it out into the universe is the most important part and will also help to remind you of what is most important when everything seems a bit out of control. Remember, as with anything, practice makes progress!
