Meet Alphalign

I began 2010 with a theme for “Healing from the inside out,no matter the cost“. Reflecting on this theme I feel that I was very successful with great thanks to those that assisted me throughout the year.

Today I’d like you all to meet my friend and a valued part of my Healing from the inside out team members Leedra Yablonsky of Alphalign, Alphabiotics in CT and NY.

Through Alphalign healing can be gradual or dynamic, and can occur on ALL levels – physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Dawn & Leedra on the path of wellness & joy

I have had awesome results from this work and have found a whole balance from the inside out. For years I’ve felt a deep internal static vibration of anxiety and fear. Meditation and therapy just barely scratched the surface to soothe me. I noticed an immediate result of my Alphalign sessions particularly during my Pranayama practice (breathing exercises before my yoga practice). A deep feeling of fight for flight that would build inside and more often than not make my full body quiver inside.

As I said immediately and ever since that anxious feeling has been gone. Such feelings would affect me on a regular basis especially at work during my day I would feel highly intimidated by my superiors to the point of disassociation.

During this year I have come to see that becoming frightened and going numb was a survival habit that I created as a young girl. With Alphalign apart of my “Healing from the inside out” mission for 2010 I no longer become overwhelmed to the point that stress takes over my body and blocks my mind in such situations.

Now I can truly catch my breath, stay in authentic communication with my body and respond with great respect to what will serve me best. I have maintained my visits with Leedra in her CT office and since then become rooted in a new found inner balance that has improved the quality of my life immensely.

I have been drawn toward a positive vision of how I want to live shrugging off the cynicism that I was raised with and continue to build a truly healthy live. I am ending this year with a new found sense of freedom from the inside out.

I am thrilled that my yoga practice made me strong enough to be able to see that I had more healing to do at a very deep level. I look forward to living in harmony as a highly spirited and vigorous yogini with my family and community into my seventies, eighties, nineties, even healthy at a hundred.

Success is a function of how willing you are to step outside your comfort zone…yoga invites you to embrace all that is uncomfortable and the more balanced your life will become.

No matter what our age or condition, there are still untapped possibilities within us, and new beauty waiting to be born.
