Too busy?

We are all too busy during our days and nights. Have you been feeling drained, sore, even chronically exhausted?

I have met many students that walk through the Yoga Born door and schedule a Let’s Get Acquainted Session to begin to de-clutter energetically. Confidently led by love they take the first steps towards genuine and nurturing self care.

We listen to their needs and skillfully offer easy to follow techniques that have immediately lowered the stress and anxiety of their bustling schedules. A conscious deeper breath can offer you treasures un-told until you JUST DO IT!

Each student greatly benefits from the emphasis of slowing down and deepening the breath, which activates the body’s parasympathetic system, or relaxation response.

If you find yourself to busy to schedule your session try simply sitting comfortably and what the next 5 full breathes in and out.
