Candle Lit Yoga (fri apr 19 @ 6pm) is a sacred time you spend giving back to yourself to feel your best and prepared for life’s ups & downs.

The light of the candle reminds you of the inherent brilliant light inside yourself while enlivening a broader perspective of self and life.
Gentle class with mostly floor work using props and postures held for longer periods of time to initiate deep relaxation of the body/mind. Slow Restorative Yoga is beneficial to balance an active mind or decompress after a stressful day. This class restores energy and calms the nervous system. Pure bliss!
