Partner Yoga Workshop

Valentine’s Day does not have to be only for intimate partners. We can choose to make it a day to celebrate Love itself.

Love is the essence of acceptance and compassion towards oneself as well as others. Loving kindness is one of the most healing vibrations in the universe.

Partner Yoga can deepen a loving connection between two people, and it can also serve as a practice for actively loving one’s Self.

Exploring and communicating our needs and limits to another person is empowering. Sharing in both giving and receiving equally establishes “balance” which can translate off the mat and into every aspect of life.

Friends, family members and couples are all welcome to pair up.

Register now, space is limited.

Saturday February 20 6:30-7:45pm

This is a Beginner Friendly Yoga session designed for two people.

The session will begin with a centering, move into basic postures & then ease into partner poses (includes physical support, assisting, massaging, balancing and many laughs.) Together you’ll deepen communication, trust, compassion & love for each other. This playful and life-affirming practice is open to couples, family members & dear friends.Co-taught by Dawn Greenfield & Robert Nolan since 2007. The foundation of this program is open communication to share what they’ve learned with Anne Greene at Kripalu. They continue to add to the material for this mindful & casual yoga practice in their home through their love of Yoga.
