New Year – New to yoga?

We recently heard from someone new to Yoga Born..

Student inquiry… “I just need to know which class is the easiest for beginners?  I’ve done intense yoga in the past – several different types – but my discomfort is more emotional.  Sometimes I end up crying at the end of a session, and I have not done Yoga in years, so I might end up feeling emotional after the first or second class.  So I want to start out with something really easy.  I know I’ll be fine once I get going.”

Dawn the Yoga Advisor  response…. “The gentlest classes offered are Yoga for Beginners, Restorative and Yoga 1.

The practice of yoga is a deepen process that can be very intimidating, I find especially therapeutic yoga because it’s truly all about you, the practitioner (not poses/sanskrit/survival of the fittest). All our classes cater to beginners since everyone is so busy no one attends classes at Yoga Born enough to be an expert.

Each class is different and we take into consideration when designing the classes the students before us (needs/limitations/trajectory that is sustainable)
