The moment you walk in the door you are in a safe and sacred space, one where you are welcomed and accepted as you are and for who you are. Yoga Born is your sanctuary, a place for you to relax and leave behind your stressful world.
We see you as the infinite being that you are and offer services that support all of you, body, mind, and spirit, all rooted in love.
Yoga Born was founded in 2007, by a family of yoga teachers with a vision of creating a different kind of yoga studio, one focused on self-care and self-love. Our goal is to make your yoga experience better in every possible way.

 Yoga Born honors the traditional components of a hatha yoga and skillfully addresses modern life style needs.

Tips for newbies:

Refrain from wearing perfumes and colognes.

Please arrive a 5-10 minutes before class start time.

Wear comfortable clothing such as active wear, leggings, t-shirt. Dress in layers if you run cold, room temperature is controlled to average 70 degrees.

Front door locked 15 minutes past the start time and unlocked within 10 minutes past end time.

Bring water in a seal-able bottle, we sell water room temp or chilled $1.

Bring a yoga mat or rent ours $1. Wood flooring requires all students practice on a yoga mat.

Each visit check in at front desk.

Remove shoes before entering the practice spaces, we practice barefoot.

Leave your possessions in the foyer keeping the studio clutter free.

Class sizes are reasonable, allowing for individual attention for an injury-free yoga practice.

We play music to fill the space that is relaxing.

Turn off cell phone/ringers when you arrive, no calls inside Yoga Born.

Let the teacher know of any injures or concerns you may have to ensure the class meets your needs that day.

Practice often 4-6 visits per week for maximum benefit.

2-3 visits per week will show improvement for most students within three months.
