Guided Meditation

Bonnie Zaman will be leading a monthly Guided Meditation at Yoga Born.
Guided Meditation is the practice of concentrated focus in order to increase awareness of the present moment. Meditation helps to reduce stress, promote relaxation, enhance personal and spiritual growth.
The topic for the meditation on Sunday April 19 4;30-5:30pm will be Relaxation and Renewal. CLASS SIGN UP IS EASY HERE
No experience is necessary to attend Guided Meditation
