Personal Yoga Sessions Meet 1-3 times a week. A minimum of once a week is a requirement. The more time you dedicate the greater your success in building a yoga practice for your evolving needs. Yoga Born will travel to your location. *Virtual sessions available ; priced as “in-home” sessions. 

 

We help you develop an understanding of your anatomy and bio-mechanics of your body to successfully practice yoga. Knowing not only what posture to do, but how to do it, is the difference between healing and hurting.
