Gently using props to enjoy comfortably stretching tension and soreness out of your body. Slowing the pace of your life in this practice will balance your whole system and help you decompress from the stress of life.
While resting in poses you’ll experience Reiki by Andrea. Reiki (“ray-key”) is a technique for relaxation to promote healing. Through touch warm-soothing energy flows from Andrea’s palms benefiting men, women and children. Physical, emotional, and mental balancing, strengthens the immune system and more!
