Increase your energy and find greater stability. This class is a vinyasa flow including some sequencing from Ashtanga yoga.

Ashtanga Yoga is is a structured vinyasa-style class.

There will be a warm up, time to center, a series of balancing postures, before moving to the floor to work on the core and open the back and the shoulders.Using repetition of movement and flow of breath this class will increase balance and build on basic alignment. We’ll be sure to stretch out any last bit of tension, taking some time to breathe and ground, before finishing class with a relaxing meditation.
