A great way to create confidence to feel prepared to attend regular yoga classes.
Topics include basic poses and alignment, breathing and meditation techniques.Experience reducing pain and discomfort while increasing enthusiasm for life. A functional practice focuses on a student’s physical capabilities. 

No experience is needed to attend.

Class size is limited to ensure comfort and safety for all.
