Intro to Yoga Props. Are you new to working with props? Do you love prop work? Perfect! This is for you! Sundays .

Sun Jan 21, 10:30A-12:00P Class will focus on the use of straps to extend the arms and legs to find alignment and ease in poses that support the hips, low back, legs, and shoulders. Learn more here.

Sun Feb 18, 10:30A-12:00P Class will use blocks to find alignment and support in kneeling and standing poses, as well as discovering engagements for the arms and legs. Learn more here.

Sun Mar 18, 10:30A-12:00P Class will focus on the use of props to relax and restore. Props will include bolsters, blankets, and sandbags. Learn more here.

With a different focus monthly, attending all will be empowering! Props used during class will be provided.
