For those of us that sit at a desk, yoga poses in the morning counter those hours we spend sedentary. The poses we hold, will set our muscle memory into effect for standing taller and walking easier as the day progresses
 
PSSST: Also starting your day with yoga helps you eat well during the day. When you’ve taken time early on to nourish your body and mind with yoga, you’ll be less inclined to eat emotionally and far more likely to make balanced, healthy choices throughout your day.
